Fred Robarts is an experienced independent humanitarian adviser who has worked for the UK Department for International Development (now the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), Human Rights Watch and the UN Group of Experts on the Democratic Republic of Congo, among others.
